Who provides the service?
DiloGlobal is the trade name of this service. Contact info@diloglobal.com for identification of the service provider; this information is included in the written quote and agreement before an assignment starts.
Estimates and document requests.
The estimator measures pages and available words to generate a reference estimate. The recorded price is recalculated on the server using the files and scope received. Submitting a request authorizes its review; it does not automatically start translation or charge a payment.
DiloGlobal provides a request receipt, then confirms the final price, turnaround and any specific conditions in writing. Published prices are references; file, scope or deadline changes may require a revised quote.
Interpreting inquiries.
An event inquiry requests a proposal for on-site, remote or hybrid interpreting. It does not reserve interpreters, dates or equipment, confirm availability or fix a price. Languages, modality, duration, technical scope and other conditions must be agreed in writing before confirmation.
Files, authorization and scope.
You must own the information or be authorized to share it for the requested purpose, provide the required privacy consents and exclude unnecessary pages, passwords and complete financial credentials.
A confirmed quote identifies the documents, pages, languages, relevant visible elements and delivery format. Apostilles, legalization, notarization, shipping and third-party procedures are included only when expressly stated.
Timing, delivery and review.
Turnaround is based on the material received and starts as agreed. Incomplete, unreadable or changed files may affect the delivery date. Physical or digital delivery follows the written assignment terms.
Provide complete readable files, check source names and dates, and communicate relevant instructions. If you identify a possible issue with a translation, identify the specific passage so it can be reviewed.
Requirements and responsibility.
The recipient defines the procedure’s requirements and decides whether to accept a document. An official translation does not guarantee a visa, admission, recognition, equivalence or another administrative outcome.
Responsibility for a confirmed service relates to the agreed scope within the limits of applicable law. DiloGlobal does not control decisions by authorities, institutions, courier providers or external platforms, nor the consequences of incomplete information or requirements not disclosed.
