Share the recipient’s instructions with your documents so we can review the right scope.
What is an official translation in Colombia?
It is a translation certified by an official translator who can demonstrate the qualifications required under the applicable Colombian framework. The receiving institution decides which translation and supporting formalities it accepts.
Can I request a quote online?
Yes. Upload complete, readable PDF, DOCX or image files. The estimator checks pages and available text, shows the calculation and lets you submit your request without leaving the website.
Is the automatic estimate a final price?
No. It provides a transparent starting point. We review the document, language pair, layout, requested deadline and delivery requirements, then confirm the final scope and price in writing before work starts.
Do you interpret at conferences and events?
We coordinate simultaneous, consecutive, on-site, remote and hybrid interpreting. The proposal depends on the languages, schedule, subject, audience and technical requirements, with availability confirmed before booking.
Does an official translation replace an apostille?
No. Translation and apostille are separate procedures. Ask the receiving institution which documents and formalities it requires, and share those instructions with your request.
How long does a translation take?
Timing depends on the length, complexity, languages and translator availability. Share your deadline with the files so that a realistic delivery date can be confirmed in writing.
