Bring everyone into the conversation.
When your event brings people together in different languages, the interpreting plan matters. We help define the format, language team and listening experience around your actual agenda.
The right format for your audience.
- Simultaneous: interpretation while the speaker continues, suited to conferences and larger audiences.
- Consecutive: interpretation during planned pauses, useful for meetings, interviews and smaller groups.
- Remote and hybrid: participants listen through an agreed platform or technical arrangement.
- On-site: interpreters at the venue, with logistics and sound requirements reviewed in advance.
Designed around your event.
- Language pair and direction of interpretation for every session.
- Date, venue or online platform, duration and expected audience.
- Agenda, subject matter and preparation materials for the interpreting team.
- Audio, listening channels, platform and staffing requirements confirmed in the written proposal.
Preparation is part of the conversation.
Share the programme and presentation materials as early as possible. We review the format, speaker pace and specialist terminology to recommend a suitable interpreting arrangement.
Equipment, booths, receivers, travel and platform services are included only when explicitly stated in the proposal. Sending an inquiry does not reserve interpreters or confirm a price.
