Study, admission and recognition

Let your academic record travel with you.

Diplomas and transcripts contain course names, credits, grading scales, stamps and signatures. We review the full file before confirming price, turnaround and delivery.

Prepare your academic file.

Ask the institution whether it needs every document, an apostille, sealed envelopes or direct delivery. Translation preserves the source information; academic equivalence and grade conversion remain the receiving institution’s responsibility.

  • Diplomas and degree award certificates.
  • Transcripts and grading scales.
  • Course descriptions, syllabuses and programme outlines.
  • Enrollment and attendance certificates.

A clear scope before work starts.

  • Complete digital review of the files, including relevant stamps, signatures and reverse sides.
  • A written quote stating the language pair, pages, delivery format and estimated turnaround.
  • Official translation certification by a translator whose qualifications meet the applicable Colombian framework.
  • Digital delivery and physical delivery arrangements when expressly included in the confirmed scope.

Send the context with the document.

Tell us where the document was issued, the destination country, the receiving institution and the date you need it. Include any instructions about certification, originals, apostilles or delivery.

The receiving institution has the final say on acceptance. Translation does not guarantee a visa, admission, recognition or other administrative outcome.
